Booking Rules

If your period of rent is three days or more, you may book any apartment choosing from those available in our photo catalogue – 1-room, 2-room, 3-room, 4- or 5-room apartments, on condition there is no booking for the apartment of your choice for any other customer. We provide booking and reservations for the period of rent, three days and more.

If you wish to book an apartment for the period less than three days, you may contact us before your arrival or on the day of your arrival and obtain information about availability of free apartments.

To book an apartment, you need to fill in an application for reservation on our website. After that, our administrator shall contact you, agree upon all the necessary information and confirm a possible means to pay for your reservation.

To book an apartment, it is necessary to provide an advance payment for the first day of staying in the given apartment (the means of payment shall be approved by our administrator).

WARNING! We accept applications from all customers, but we shall prefer those who have made advance payments.
By paying in advance you guarantee your arrival and we guarantee you reservation of the given apartment for you.
Advance payment is included in the price of accommodation.
Please reserve your apartments in advance, one-two weeks before your actual arrival.

Cancellation of booking:
In case you could not arrive on the specified date, the payment for the first day of staying shall not be returned, In case of change of the date of your arrival, advance payment shall not be returned, you will need to make a reservation for a new date and make another advance payment.

By making an advance payment you guarantee the fact of your arrival, and we shall hold the apartment for you rejecting other customers.

Time of check-in, time of check-out.

Time of check-in - 12:00. Time of check-out - 12:00-13:00.

Early check-in (before 12:00) is possible only if the apartment is already free at the given time, and you pay in addition for an early morning check-in.

Time of check-out - 12:00. It is possible to push the check-out to 13:00 on condition of absence of other customers at the given time. If your time of check-out is after 18:00-19:00 pm, you shall need to pay half of the daily rent of the apartment in addition.

Late check-out (after 19:00) is possible only if the apartment is not booked by the next customer, and you shall need to pay for the following day of staying in full.
