Possible means of payment for booking and services:

1. Payment in cash by you in person or your representative in Kyiv, with issue of all the necessary confirming documents

You can pay in cash during preliminary visual inspection of the apartment, directly in the apartment if you or your representatives are in Kyiv; you can pay for reservation for one day of stay or the whole payment for the whole period of your stay.

You can also pay in cash for the booking of your apartment or the whole payment for the whole period of stay in our office located at the address: 11, Malaya Zhitomirskaya str..

On the day of check-in, you may pay in cash for the whole period of your stay.

Also, you may pay in cash for services on mailing of ROOMS info data bases at our office.

You shall have all the necessary accounting and reporting documents.

2. Money Transfer Systems of Western Union, MoneyGram etc.

You may make an advance payment for one day of stay – booking, or pay for the whole period of your stay by using urgent international money transfers.

After coordination with our administrator and sending of your money transfer, please give our administrator the following information: surname and name of sender, country of sender, amount of transfer, code of transfer issued by the bank operator during acceptance of your transfer. All the specified information is necessary for us to receive your money transfer.

Please do not make any payments without prior coordination with our administrator.

3. Organizations and Enterprises may make advance payments, reservation or complete payment, payment for services using cashless means of payment

Cashless payment shall be made to our UAH account in the bank. The recipient of payment on our behalf shall be an entrepreneurial body.

This requires approval of our administrator, and after that you shall receive an invoice. All the necessary accounting and reporting documents shall be provided by us.

4. Payment in cash through any bank of Ukraine to our UAH settlement account

The recipient of payment on our behalf shall be an entrepreneurial body. If you choose this means of payment, please contact our administrator.

5. Payment in cash through any bank to our UAH card account

Payment may be made to one of the two card accounts, Raiffeisen Bank Aval or PrivatBank. If you choose this means of payment, please contact our administrator.

6. VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide payment cards (temporarily not used)

Please call our administrator on matters of reservations and payment for services.
