It is a nice, cozy apartment in modern style. The windows overlook to the backyard, so it is always quiet and calm. The windows are double-glazed with beautiful curtains, glazed balcony, parqueted floor  in the rooms, tiles in the hallway and kitchen , walls are painted in light pastel colors. WC  has white tiles. The hall has a large fold-out sofa and comfortable chair,a  little  table and stand with video equipment. The bedroom has a modern wooden double bed (with an orthopedic mattress), a large built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, a computer desk.

In the  kitchen there are  kitchen set and a small oval dining table with chairs. The hall has a built-in closet, tall cabinet for shoes and a large mirror. Front door armored. Double door. The apartment is located in the Pechersk district in the city center. Walking  down throught  the boulevard, you can walk along the outdoor swimming pool and come to Kreshchatik. Not far from home there is  the Palace of Sports, the National Stadium, the Synagogue, the October Hospital. Opposite the house there is a new office center "Parus" and a large delicatessen "De Luxe". It is only ten minutes walk  from the famous Bessarabskiy market, shopping center "Arena City" with a complex of boutiques and restaurants, an underground shopping center "Metrograd". Near the house there are many small cafes and shops.
