It is a large bright apartment with good repair. The walls are painted in light colors, laminated floor in the rooms,  tiles in the bathroom and  in the kitchen. The windows are double-glazed with blinds. Balcony glazed and insulated. Adjoining rooms-separate: the entrance hall - studio and two separate bedrooms. The hall has  a modern sofa with a sofa bed, chairs, a glass cabinet for video.
There are a round dining table with high chairs. A small kitchen area has a built-in kitchen. Bedrooms are equipped with headsets with double beds (with orthopedic mattresses), dress cabinets and small chests of drawers for clothes. The bathroom is spacious. The front entrance door is armored with a coded lock.

The apartment is equipped with all modern technology:  two televisions, a cable TV, an Internet access, a DVD player, an air conditioning, a stereo, a telephone, a refrigerator, a  gas stove with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, a heater.

The apartment is located in Pechersk district. Near there are  the Palace of Sports, October Hospital, Stadium "Olympic", business center "Parus". In ten minutes walk from the  Bessarabskiy market and Khreschatyk large shopping center "Arena City", an underground shopping mall Metrograd, many small cafes, fashionable restaurants and nightclubs.
