There are a couch with white leather armchairs and a sofa bed, an original glass table on the massive wooden legs, a TV, an aquarium with exotic fish in the hall. Kitchen Studio is separated from the hall with sliding partitions. The kitchen is very beautiful, furniture with built-in appliances and a small round glass table with low chrome chairs. The bedrooms have new double wooden beds (with orthopedic mattresses), small chests of drawers and wardrobe. There are very many beautiful interior things: outdoor pots and original pieces of wood and metal, beautiful lamps and lighting fixtures in ethno style, paintings on the walls and flowers. There are two bathrooms, hot tub and shower, charcot. Front door is armored, video surveillance, the front door with a coded lock. There is a concierge.

The apartment has all necessary equipment, a TV , a VCR,a  telephone,  a refrigerator, a washing machine, microwave oven,a gas stove with an oven, an electric kettle, a coffe maker, a water heater, an electric fan, an  electric fireplace, an iron and an ironing board, a crockery, bedding and bathroom accessories.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful place of ancient Kiev, near  Mikhaylovskiy Square and the St. Michael's Cathedral, a monument to Princess Olga, Sofia Square and the monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky. Only five minutes walk it is the St. Andrew's Church, the ruins of the Tithe church, where you can descend on foot to the Podol, walk along the rows of souvenir, go to art galleries, visit the Bulgakov Museum , the museum of One Street . Near the St. Michael's Square it is a building of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, the British Embassy, a funicular, where you can go down to the river terminal, see beautiful landscapes of the shores of the Dnieper. Ten minutes walk from the house it is Independence Square, an underground shopping mall Globus, Khreschatik street.
